TCRHALL
Introduction
The TCRHALL was set up by the Institut de formation aérospatiale in collaboration with Emploi-Québec Laurentides, and provides a forum for exchanges and discussions for all companies from the sector. By sharing their training problems, these firms succeed in identifying concrete and attainable solutions. The members of the consultation table meet approximately every six weeks.
Mission
The consultation table is dedicated to bringing together aerospace companies from the Laurentian and Laval regions in order to foster the pooling of training needs and resources with a view to implementing mutually beneficial solutions.
The main issues of the Table de concertation sur les ressources humaines en aérospatiale Laurentides-Laval (TCRHALL) include the:
- need to analyze and satisfy manpower requirementsv
- implementation of promotional and networking mechanisms for industry professionals
- need to develop and train the existing and future workforce
- job retention of their qualified workforce
- growth of the aerospace industry in the Laurentian and Laval regions
